Sunday Morning Education for all Ages
9:40 am. to 10:20 a.m. for 7th grade - Adult
9:40 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. for Nursery - 6th grade
Christian Education in our parish has as its aim full participation, of all people, in the covenant of Holy Baptism. Opportunities include: Sunday morning classes for all ages, Bible study Confirmation, ministry, Inter-generational events, Field trips for all ages, Courses in the Sacraments for children, Retreats for all ages, Participation in singing and choirs.
Adult Education
October 5, 2008: Pastor Rooney will once again be teaching in the Parish Hall. Dr. Frank Senn's book entitled Lutheran Identity. A Classical Understanding. In this short book, Dr. Senn outlines in greater depth the important parts of our Lutheran identity including the Canon of Scripture, the Creeds, the Confessions and our Liturgy. I believe that we will find this book helpful and enlightening as we continue to explore our Lutheran heritage and tradition. 25 copies of the book will be available for purchase at $10 a copy.
Children’s Sunday School
Infants and children not old enough to attend Sunday School (under ages 3-4) may join us in the Nursery.
Classes at 9:40 a.m. will resume September 21, 2008 each Sunday for Pre-K through 6th grade.
Cool Sunday School for Kindergarten through 6th grade! Children learn bible stories through interactive learning. Learn through art, theater, games, music, storytelling, computer labs and lots more!!!

Catechetics
York Conference Catechetics Program (YCCP)
For youth generally in grades 7 through 9, instruction is a focused three-year period of deeper study of the Bible, Luther's Catechism, and the tradition of the Church. Preparing youth for life-long adult participation in the church. If you would like to participate, please speak to Pastor Schlegel or Sister Phyllis.
Morning Catechetics each Sunday, 9:40 a.m. to 10:20 a.m.
Evening Catechetics two terms (fall and spring) Sundays, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Exploration in Ministry (Each student must participate in two per school year.)
